PHILIPPINES ROLEPLAY, Basic Rules

Advertisement – You are not allowed to attempt, or imply for someone to play another server and/or say a servers internet protocol address or the servers name into any types of chat in attempt to gain attention. This goes for both negative and positive reasons.
You are subjected to possible banishment from the server if caught doing so.

(DM)Deathmatching:
Deathmatching means that you kill someone without a valid IC reason.
How to avoid Deathmatching: Have a good reason if you want to attack someone. Also RP with the person first or it will be KoS(explained below)

(MG)Metagaming:
Metagaming is using the information gained OOCly to influence an IC Situation
How to avoid metagaming: Don't use "lol","rofl","lmao" or any other internet shortcuts in IC Chat. (Normal Chat). To use those; type /b [text] and write them. Also if you'd like to talk in other Languages, other than English, Feel free to talk in /b.

Asspull (AP) – Asspulling is where you take out a weapon of any sort without roleplaying it. Whenever you take out a weapon you must make an RP in either /me or /do stating that you are taking out the weapon. Make sure that the place you’re taking it out from is realistic. Here’s an example:
*John reaches for his back, unslinging his AK47 as he’d switch the safety [OFF]*
Caught breaking these rule will result in prison time.

Assput (AP) – Assputting is where you put a weapon of any sort away without roleplaying it. When putting away a weapon you must make an RP in either /me or /ame stating that you are putting the weapon away. Make sure that the place you’re putting it is realistic. Here’s an example:
*John switches the safety on his AK47 back on as he’d sling it onto his back.*
Caught breaking this rule will result in prison time


(PG)Powergaming:
Powergaming is roleplaying without giving someone any chances to resist. Or RP situations/actions that are NOT possible in real life.
How to avoid Powergaming:
If you are roleplaying with someone give him/her chances to resist by using /do do I succeed doing this? Or /do Do you resist? Use this when you use a action against someone like /me slowly makes a fist of his hand and punches [player] in the stomach. Or when you tie someone up in your vehicle you also have to RP it and give him a chance to resist by using one of the /do's that I mentioned before. So, when you RP something with someone give the player a chance to resist your action.

(KoS)Kill on Sight:
Kill on Sight means that someone comes up to you and kills you without roleplaying before shooting you. [Use hotkeys if you think it's too hard, typing to shoot.]
How to avoid Killing on Sight: RP with someone before you start shooting the him/her.

(SK)Spawn Killing:
Spawn Killing means that you keep killing someone(or more players at the same time) at the location where they spawn. Like the hospitals, DoC/LSPD HQ or the VIP lounge.
How to avoid Spawn Killing: Don't attack players on one of those locations that I mentioned before. Give them atleast 60 seconds to move from the spawning location.

(RK)Revenge Killing:
Revenge Killing means that you kill someone, because he killed you first.
How to avoid Revenge Killing: You have to wait atleast 30minutes after you spawned at the hospital before attempting to RP(maybe can lead to a kill) with that player.

Cop Bait: “Fuck you cops, oink oink piggy piggy” – Another example: The player start drifting around the cop vehicle, attempting to make them pursue him.

(CR)Chicken Running:
Chicken Running means that you run in all directions(zigzags) to avoid getting hit by shots that a player is firing to you.

(CR)Car Ramming:
Car Ramming means that you ram someone with your vehicle without a good reason.
How to avoid Car Ramming: If you ram someone with your vehicle RP it. Don't drive away like nothing happened.

(CS)Crack Shooting:
Crack Shooting is using crouch(C buttom) to cancel the animation of shooting and have a ability to shoot faster. Crack Shooting is NOT allowed to use it in shootings against players.

(QS)Quick Swapping:
Quick Swapping is swapping your weapons by using Q and W or Scroll up & down to swap your weapon to avoid reloading. Quick Swapping is NOT allowed when having a shooting against someone.

Rush Tazing (RT) – Rush Tazing, is where a cop is using his tazer or beanbag shotgun & he uses it to knock someone to the ground while he’s having a gun out, pointing it at him and/or shooting. Cops are allowed to taze and bean bag criminals when they aren’t pointing guns or shooting at them, as well as when they’re running away with a gun out. The cop is allowed to beanbag and/or taze the player even if he is pointing and/or shooting his weapon at other cops as long as he’s not in the line of fire. Other then those situations, cops are allowed to use their tazer or beanbag.
Good Examples of Using Beanbag/Tazer:
A guy is running away from the cops with a gun in his hand but not shooting. A cop then beanbags the suspects as he’d then be dazed.
A cop is behind a criminal that is shooting at other players. The cop then tazes the suspect.
Bad Example of Using Beanbag/Tazer:
A player starts shooting at a cop as the cop would then beanbag the player

Rambo
If someone is shooting you from a point and you go near him and kill him!
How to avoid rambo? Dont go near him when he is shooting you.

Restricted Vehicles entering LS
A Guy entering Los Santis in a restricted vehicle (Monster Truck, Dumpster) are not allowed.

Deathmatching (DM)
Attacking a player without a valid in character reason.

Revenge Killling (RK)
Attacking a player in any way when you were recently killed by that player. When you die you lose 30-50 minutes of your memory, including when you get killed.

Disrespecting Admin:
Disrespecting admins in anyway shape or form will receive punishment.

Non-RP car ramming
Car ramming a player without a valid in character reason.
NOTE: Carparking is still prohibited.

Scamming over the limit
Scamming any player for an amount of more than $5,000 (so from 5,001 and onwards).

Fined 2x amount scammed

OOC hit
Placing a contract on another player with an out of character reason, without knowing their name, or with no valid in character reason.

Metagaming
Using out of character information for in character purposes.

Powergaming
The concept of this term that you perform an action which your character is incapable of. Examples of this are god-like abilities. It is commonly referred to when a player powergames with the /me command. For example; /me takes all your money or /me takes all your guns, /me eats the doors car are examples of powergaming.

Drivershooting, intentionally heliblading, intentionally carparking, intentionally planebombing or intentionally ninja jacking.

Gun discharge exploits (QS/CS/C-Bug/C-sliding)
Any gun discharge exploits. Be it quickswapping, crackshooting, c-bugging, c-sliding, quickshooting or any other gun discharge exploit.

Money farming is utilizing the starting money of a new account and then discontinuing your use of said account in favor of another account.

Knowingly providing a false statement to an administrator (punishment depends on severity).

Knowingly logging to avoid a punishment from an admin

Accepting exploited money and/or items
Knowingly taking or accepting or otherwise receiving, directly or indirectly, and then failing to promptly report any goods (money, materials, pot, crack etc) which were obtained by a person through hacks or exploit.

Fine double the amount received

Mass exploiting
Exploiting a critical server bug, and then failing to promptly report the exploit.

General exploiting
Exploiting animations, restricted vehicles, etc.

Server advertising
Advertising another SA-MP server/community.
Permanent ban

Hacking
Using any program, modification or tool which gives an unfair advantage to yourself by modifying your client (such as health hacks, air brake, weapon hacks etc).

Intentionally avoiding a percentage fine
Transferring money or materials to avoid percentage fines or in order to lose a lower amount.

Abuse of /report
Abusing the report function.
Muted from report, will face progressive punishment including a fine and/or other punishment.


Abuse of /newb
Abusing newbie chat.
Muted from report, will face progressive punishment including a fine and/or other punishment.


Abuse of /g
Abusing global chat.
Muted from global chat, will face progressive punishment including a fine and/or other punishment.


Abuse of /ads
Abusing the advertisements system.
Muted from report, will face progressive punishment including a fine and/or other punishment.


Releasing hitman names
Releasing the name of any hitman.
Prison 1-3 hours
Warn
Fine 20% of total wealth


Paycheck farming
Paycheck farming in any shape or form through exploiting (i.e. avoiding the AFK timer). This includes swimming and running man.
Ban
(Fine 80% if unbanned)

Alt-tabbing or logging to avoid death/arrest
Pausing or disconnecting to avoid death or arrest.

Alt-tabbing, logging or use of /kill to avoid hit
Pausing, disconnecting or using /kill to prevent a hitman from completing the contract on you.

Abuse of broadcast functions

Abusing radio or department chat.
Prison 15-30 minutes
Kick from faction if repeated


FACTION MEMBER:
Stacking charges (/su)
Placing of charges that are not standard or are repetitive.

Fine 10% of total wealth and a kick from faction if repeated


FACTION MEMBER:
Excessive ticket/jail/prison
Prisoning, jailing, or ticketing a player with an excessive and non-routine amount.

FACTION MEMBER:
Rushtazing
Tazing a player while they are engaging in combat (actively shooting a weapon). You are not allowed to taze them from behind either.

FACTION MEMBER:
Abuse of faction vehicles
Abusing a faction vehicle in any shape or form (i.e. using a vehicle with water gun to go around spraying everyone down).

Using /cancel contract to avoid
failing a hit
If you are caught using /cancel contract to avoid failing a hit.

GANG MEMBER:
Imprisoned or Jailed R6:
R6 of any gang imprisoned or jailed, their respective gangs will receive a Gang Strike.


GANG MEMBER:
Point boundary violation:
Attacking a person or vehicle outside of the boundaries of a point.

Prison 20mins-1:30 hour
(Further gang punishment depending on gang management)


GANG MEMBER:
Changing of Family Name w/o permission
Gangs/Families are not permitted to change the name of their family for the OOC points without consulting a gang moderator. Doing so will earn you a WARN and the culprit will be jailed for an hour and a half.

GANG MEMBER:
Alt-tabbing or exploiting to capture a point
Alt-tabbing or exploiting in an attempt to capture the point.
Prison 1-2 hours
