Misdemeanor crimes => The police officer may ONLY ticket for such crimes. You will be charged for ten (3) minutes for every misdemeanor crime you commit.
Felony crimes => The police officer may ONLY arrest for such crimes. You will be charged for fifteen (5) minutes for every felony crime you commit.
