He's spraying his Fire Extinguisher while im standing in Front of Fire department then I ride with him to Ems car ( i forgot of what its name but dont mind it) then we go near at All Saints then he get out of car and he DMed me and he "/q" Then Im in Front of Banko Sentral then he sprays me again his Fire Extinguisher..
